Guide to Using Your Synthex VPS
Here’s a simple guide on how to set up and use Synthex VPS.
Step 1: Download Windows App
To access your VPS, you’ll need the Windows app. If you don’t already have it, you can easily download it:
- For Windows: The Windows app is already pre-installed on Windows. Just search for “Remote Desktop Connection” in your Windows search bar.
- For other operating systems (Mac): Download the Windows App here:
Step2: Connecting to Your VPS
- Open Remote Desktop Connection on your PC.
- Enter the IP address and port in the “Computer” field that was sent to you. For example:

Click “Connect”.
In the next step, you will be asked for your login credentials. Use the following details:
- Username: trader
- Password: (The password you received from us, e.g., 70aOlVif53G2WC4rVz)
Using the VPS
Once the connection is established, you’ll be logged into your VPS. You can now install and use your trading software (such as MetaTrader or others).
Your VPS runs 24/7, ensuring that your trading platform remains active even when you turn off your own PC.

If you're closing the VPS window and want your bot to continue running in the background, you should click the red or yellow button in the top-left corner to close the window. Never press the "POWER BUTTON," in the left bottem corner, as doing so will shut down the VPS and result in a 48-hour maintenance period before your VPS can be restored.
