AI doesn't work

If the smiley face in the top right corner isn’t smiling even though auto trading is enabled and all settings are correct, try the following steps.

  • Remove and Reapply EA:
    • Remove SynthexAI Nexus from the chart by right-clicking on the chart, selecting “Expert Advisors,” and choosing “Remove.”
    • Drag and drop SynthexAI Nexus onto the chart again.
  • Recheck Settings:
    • Reconfigure the settings in the EA window as needed.
    • Click “OK” to reapply the settings.
  • Ensure Auto-Trading is Enabled:
    • Verify that the “Auto Trading” button in the top toolbar is green.

This should resolve the issue and get the smiley face to display correctly.

Activate DLL

If you receive the error message “Please enable DLL import..”, follow these steps:

  • Click on Tools in the top menu and select Options.
  • Go to the Expert Advisors tab.
  • Enable the following options:
    • Allow automated trading
    • Allow DLL imports

These settings should resolve the issue and allow Nexus to run properly.

Invalid Account

This error can be caused by the following reasons:

  • No package has been assigned to you yet
  • You haven’t activated your license through your dashboard.
  • The account number for your trading account was entered incorrectly.
